The reputed weekly magazine Panchajanya successfully organized ‘Sushasan Samvaad Chhattisgarh’ at Ashoka Hotel in Delhi. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, Home Minister Vijay Sharma and Finance Minister OP Choudhary were present on the occasion. The program served as a platform for thoughtful discussions on administrative issues important for the development and prosperity of the state.

The program started with lighting of lamps, during which topics related to the progress of the state were discussed. Panchjanya editor Hitesh Shankar said that by calling Chhattisgarh a small state, its problems are often not raised properly on the national stage, but the truth is that Chhattisgarh is not a small state but it is one and a half times bigger than Bihar and its new Raipur is one of the most modern cities in the world, so it is important to talk about Chhattisgarh on the national stage.

The first session of the program was dedicated to the Naxal-affected areas and villages of Chhattisgarh in which senior journalist Prakhar Shrivastava and child rights activist Bhuvan Ribhu were the keynote speakers. After this, Chhattisgarh’s Finance Minister OP Choudhary graced the program. OP Choudhary presented the vision of a new Chhattisgarh with new dreams and new thinking. On this occasion, Chhattisgarh’s Finance Minister said that Prime Minister Modi has a goal of making India developed by 2047 and the Chhattisgarh government is also working rapidly in that direction.

In this series, the state’s Home Minister and Deputy CM Vijay Sharma presented the account of the work being done for the development of the state to the public. In Panchjanya’s Sushasan Samvad Chhattisgarh program, Chhattisgarh’s Home Minister Vijay Sharma said that the Naxalite agenda of Chhattisgarh is exaggerated, in my view the Naxalites have no agenda. We have taken many necessary steps to end Naxalism and I assure you that in the next three years you will definitely be able to enjoy sitting on the banks of Indravati river in Bastar.

Now it was the turn of the chief guest of the program and Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai. Vishnu Dev Sai, while describing the development journey of the state, said that, God has created Chhattisgarh with a lot of leisure, the state full of natural and mineral wealth has immense possibilities hidden in it, along with this we are also doing research on the forest wealth of the state and in the coming times, this wealth of ours will play a huge role in taking the state to the next level of development.

The program concluded with the award ceremony. Senior litterateur Rajiv Ranjan was felicitated by the Chief Minister for his invaluable contribution and Doordarshan cameraman Achyutananda Sahu, who lost his life during coverage in Naxal-affected areas, was also felicitated posthumously. At the end of the program, Panchjanya editor Hitesh Shankar expressed his gratitude to the participants, speakers and all the associates who attended the program and thanked everyone for the success of the program.
