Shopkeeper’s challenge on quality of curd

He cut the curd from the vessel and placed it on a plate in front of the team and said that the curd will not move on its own unless we want it to. Told that this is the identity of better quality. According to shopkeeper Dinesh Kumar, one quintal to one and a half quintal of curd is stored here every day and sold. Up to 5 quintals are supplied on receipt of orders for weddings. But, for that booking has to be done first.

There are fans from common man to officials

Local people say that everyone from common man to senior officials eat and praise the curd here. The shopkeeper also told that pure vegetarian food prepared like home is available here. People like officers and bank employees, who have to eat in hotels every day, prefer to eat here. The price of curd at this shop located in the district headquarters is Rs 100 per kg. The curd here is known for its better quality.
