Apple Cyber Security: Delivery of Apple’s most awaited iPhone 16 series has started in India from September 20. The craze for the new iPhone is becoming visible among the people. On the other hand, the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) has issued a strict warning for Apple users. According to the government agency, the security of many Apple devices is at risk.
According to the advisory, several vulnerabilities exist in iOS, macOS and iPadOS and other software versions. These vulnerabilities could allow a remote attacker to gain access to the device and execute arbitrary code. These vulnerabilities affect versions prior to iOS 18, iPadOS 17.7, macOS 14.7 and others. These include tvOS: versions prior to 18, watchOS: versions prior to 11, Safari: versions prior to 18, Xcode: versions prior to 16, visionOS: versions prior to 2, Xcode: versions prior to 16 and visionOS: versions prior to 2.

Government agency gave this advice
Government agency CERT-In has also given some advice to users to keep their security safe. The agency said that users should use Apple’s latest software. Whenever Apple releases a new update, use it only. To keep the device safe, it is important that you do not click anywhere and do not give your personal information wherever possible.
