Direct Metro from Greater Noida to Delhi Airport
Delhi Metro provides service to people traveling to Delhi-NCR’s Gurugram, Noida and Ghaziabad. You can travel to these cities very easily by Delhi Metro. But if someone wants to go to Greater Noida, then he has to go by Aqua Line. There are 21 stations on Aqua Line, this line connects Noida to Greater Noida.
Now this line is being expanded. Now connectivity will be added from Sector 142 to Botanical Garden. Due to which the people of Greater Noida will get connectivity with Delhi. And they will also be able to go directly to Delhi Airport. There will be direct connectivity from Greater Noida to Delhi Airport through the Magenta Line of Delhi Metro. On the other hand, there will be convenience in reaching Delhi Railway Station through the Blue Line.
11.56 km will be expanded
A plan has been prepared jointly by the Uttar Pradesh government and Noida Authority to extend the Aqua Line. It will be extended by 11.56 km. This will cost around Rs 2,254 crore. The Uttar Pradesh government will bear 25% of the cost while the Noida Authority will bear 75%. People living in Greater Noida will get a lot of convenience after the expansion of the Aqua Line. Earlier it used to take a lot of time to reach Delhi from Greater Noida. But after the new connectivity is added, passengers will save both time and money.
