2-3 medium sized ripe guavas (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon black salt
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder (as per taste)
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 green chilli (finely chopped) – optional
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
First step: To make guava chaat, first wash the guava and cut it into small pieces. There is no need to remove guava seeds if they are soft.
Second step: After this, put chopped guava in a big vessel. Add black salt, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, chaat masala and chopped green chilies to it. After mixing the spices, add lemon juice to it.
Third step: Now add fresh coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds on top of it. This will provide freshness and sweetness to the chaat. Serve the guava chaat immediately to enjoy its spice and freshness.
