Gulshan Grover Supports Stars In Ongoing Extra Cost Issue: Gulshan Grover is one of the veteran stars of Hindi cinema. He has played the role of a villain in many Bollywood films. There was a time when people used to get scared after seeing his character in films. The actor is also known as Bad Man. Recently, Gulshan Grover has given his opinion on the issue of extra expenses of celebs. The actor says that film directors know everything, so it is useless to debate on this issue. Apart from this, he has said many things, let’s know.
Producers already know about the expenses
Gulshan Grover started his acting career in 1980 with ‘Hum Paanch’ and has maintained his strong presence in the film industry even after a career spanning over four decades. Recently, during an interview with Hindustan Times, Gulshan Grover spoke about the ongoing debate on the issue of extra costs of stars and said that producers are unnecessarily raising it as an issue. Gulshan Grover said that producers are aware of all the expenses associated with any star and calculate them before bringing them on board.
Celebs need a support system
Gulshan Grover says, ‘Producers are now raising this issue in a useless way. How can you compare the present time with the past.’ He also said that actors need a support system around them to give their best in the process of making a film. When he was asked that when big films do not do as expected, but the expenses of the celebs do not decrease, do the producers not suffer losses in such a situation? On this, Gulshan Grover said that all this is a part of their package.
There is a loss if the star does not arrive on time
Gulshan Grover further says, if a star comes a few hours late or wants to leave the shoot at a fixed time for any reason, then all these things are told to the star before signing. He said that if anyone complains about this then he is still living in the past. Gulshan Grover further said that when a star signs for a film, the producer knows that if they do not come on time, they will lose three hours of work. In such a situation, they should count this or make such an arrangement that some more shooting can be done till they come.
Let us tell you that before this, filmmakers like Karan Johar, Kabir Khan, Kunal Kohli and Anurag Kashyap, Farah Khan have expressed their opinion on this issue.
