Shop owner Kinkar told News18 Local that about 250 grams of curd is consumed in a glass of lassi. Cashew nuts, raisins, coconut, rabri, cream, roohafza, sugar are mixed in lassi. He told that 30 to 40 kg milk curd is consumed daily at the shop. Curd is prepared by buying milk. 250-300 glasses of lassi are sold daily. The cost of one glass of lassi is Rs.35. The shop near Sadar Hospital remains open from 10 am to 04 pm. Whereas, from 5 pm to 9.30 pm, it is installed near Tower Chowk.
