The scientific survey of the rest of the places, except the seal storage located in the Gyanvapi campus of Varanasi, will start from 7 am on Monday. This was confirmed after a meeting of DM S Rajalingam and advocates at the camp office of Police Commissioner Mutha Ashok Jain late on Sunday night. The ASI team from Delhi has reached Varanasi.

On Friday itself, the District Judge’s court had issued an order to the ASI to conduct a scientific survey of the rest of the places, except the sealed warehouse located in the Gyanvapi campus. The judge had said that after a scientific investigation, tell whether the mosque was built over the temple. In a seven-page order pronounced on Friday, the court asked the ASI to conduct a survey on 11 points. Along with this, instructions were given to present the survey report in the court by August 4. The hearing will also be held on the same day.

On late Sunday night, the ASI team was informed about coming from Delhi to Varanasi. Shortly after this, it was learned that the District Magistrate has called a meeting of advocates related to the Gyanvapi case. It is discussed that the scientific survey of Gyanvapi campus can start from 7 am on Monday. However, it can be sealed only after the meeting.
