The original suit of mother Shringar Gauri related to Gyanvapi and other suits related to it are to be heard on Saturday in the court of District Judge Sanjeev Pandey. In this case, the application filed by plaintiff Rakhi Singh’s advocate Saurabh Tiwari to get the ASI survey of the closed cellars and ruins located at Gyanvapi is also to be heard. Besides, other pending applications are also likely to be heard.
Order on May 24 on demand to make him a party in Lord Vishveshwarnath’s case
The hearing was completed on Friday in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division (Fast Track Court) Prashant Kumar Singh on the issue of making Shailendra Pathak and Jainendra Pathak as parties in the case of the ancient idol Swayambhu Jyotirlinga Lord Vishveshwarnath, filed in the year 1991. The court reserved the file on this issue and fixed May 24 for the order.
Advocates Sudhir Tripathi and Subhash Nandan Chaurasia presented arguments in favor of making Shailendra and Jainendra as parties in this case. Lord Visvesvarnath’s friend Vijay Shankar Rastogi objected to his arguments. In this case, the application of friend of the case Vijayshankar Rastogi for getting the ASI to survey the other cellars and ruins closed in the Gyanvapi complex is also to be heard. The High Court has ordered to dispose of this ancient case within six months.
