Hajj Yatra 2024: The process of filling the application for Haj pilgrimage is going on. Applications for Haj pilgrimage can be filled only till 9th September. Along with India, all the Haj pilgrims from all over the world are busy in preparations.
Meanwhile, the Saudi Arabian government has made major changes in the rules related to Haj pilgrimage. In fact, the Saudi Arabian government has decided to ban husband and wife from staying in the same room while on Haj pilgrimage. According to the decision, men will not be allowed to enter women’s rooms.
Where will the accommodation be?
According to Hajj trainer Muhammad Ali, the accommodation arrangements for married couples going for Hajj from India will be different. However, they will be accommodated in the same building but not in the same room. The Indian government makes arrangements for the accommodation of Hajj pilgrims from India in Azizia buildings while the Saudi government makes arrangements for their accommodation in Madinah.
Travel rules have also changed
The important thing is that now the rules of Haj pilgrimage have also changed. Under the new changes, Haj pilgrims will have to take a permit to visit Mecca. Saudi Arabia’s Directorate General of Public Security gave information in this regard. It was said that pilgrims without a permit will not be allowed to go to Mecca.
It is reported that the Saudi government is busy making arrangements for Haj pilgrims. It is estimated that this time a record number of Haj pilgrims may reach Saudi. According to the report, Saudi is preparing to welcome more than 20 lakh Haj pilgrims. Many private agencies are also helping the Saudi government for Haj pilgrimage.
