Ingredients for making ice cream
2 cups fresh litchis
1 cup condensed milk
1 cup full cream milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
To make litchi ice cream, first make a puree of litchi. For this, wash the litchi and remove its peel and seeds. After this, put the litchi pulp in a mixer grinder and make a puree. Keep in mind that there should be some pieces of litchi in it. If some pieces remain in the puree, it will give a good texture to the ice cream.
After making the puree, mix condensed milk, full cream milk, and sugar in a large bowl. After this, add litchi puree to this bowl and mix well. After this, add whipped cream to the litchi mixture while adding it slowly. Do not whip it while adding cream, just mix it lightly.
Finally add vanilla essence to this mixture and mix well. This will give a good taste to the ice cream. Now pour this mixture into the ice cream mould and leave it to freeze for at least 6-8 hours or overnight. When this ice cream freezes, add litchi pulp on it and serve it. This litchi ice cream is very tasty to eat and healthy for the health.
