Ingredients to make Til Wali Aloo Tikki
Boiled potatoes-2-3
Green chilli-5 to 6
Garlic – 5-6 cloves chopped
Ginger – one piece chopped
Roasted cumin – 1 tsp
Dry mango powder- 1 tsp
Chaat masala- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tsp
Lemon juice- as per taste
salt-as per taste
Coriander leaves – chopped

Recipe to make Til Wali Aloo Tikki
First of all boil the potatoes. Clean ginger, chilli, coriander leaves and garlic and chop them finely. When the potatoes cool down, peel them and mash them. You can also boil sweet potatoes and mix them with potatoes. Now add salt, chilli, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves as per taste and mix. Then add roasted cumin, chaat masala, garam masala, mango powder and lemon juice and mix well. Now take small balls of this potato mixture and shape them into tikkis. Put sesame seeds in a plate and keep it. If you want, you can also dry roast halda. Place the tikki on sesame seeds and cover it from both the sides. Now keep a pan on the gas. Add a little oil and fry the tikkis. Cook until both sides become golden brown. Different flavored sesame seed potato tikkis are ready.
