The same 80 year old test is still intact. From the moment the samosa is filtered, the masala for the samosa is fried in ghee. People come to our place from far and wide to eat samosa. People wait for half an hour. Regarding the sale of samosas, he said that more than 5 thousand samosas are sold every day. The opening time of the shop is from 8 in the morning to 9 in the night.

All items of the shop are prepared in ghee
The special thing about Shivji Shah’s shop is that here all the items from Samosa to Laddu, Gulab Jamun, Bundiya, Balu Shahi, all the vegetables are prepared in the morning with pure ghee.
