– First of all, take one cup of roasted gram in a mixer jar. Add 1 cup of roasted makhana in it. Add 15-16 almonds in it. Grind all three of them. Makhana and roasted gram are very beneficial for our bones.

– Now put 2 spoons of Desi Ghee in a pan. When the ghee becomes hot, add the mixture ground in the mixer and fry it for 2 minutes on very low flame.

– When it is roasted well, add a small cup of coconut powder to it and fry it well too. When it is roasted, take it out in a plate.

– Now put one cup of jaggery powder or crushed whole jaggery in the same pan and add one cup of water. Now heat it well. When the jaggery melts, filter it. Filtering will remove all the impurities inside the jaggery.

– Now pour this filtered jaggery water back into the pan and cook this jaggery for a minute or two. Now turn off the gas flame and add makhana and roasted gram powder to it. Also add cardamom powder. Mix it well and cool it slightly and make laddus from it.
