Running breakfast shop for 20 years
Deepak Rai told that he has been running this breakfast shop for 20 years. Earlier his father used to run a shop. But due to his father’s illness, he left his studies and started running the shop himself. In the beginning he felt very strange. But now his shop is established and everyone from the laborers to the officers is a fan of the shop’s breakfast. Everyone likes Deepak’s radish pakodas on every table from Madhepura’s SDM office to the court.

From officer to labor everyone is crazy
The special thing about Deepak’s radish pakodas is that everyone from officers to laborers comes to eat the pakodas here. Deepak told that 20 to 25 kg of radish pakodas are sold every day. Apart from this, they also sell Bhunja and other breakfast items. Bhunja and pakoras are available here from 8 am to 9 pm. Deepak told that along with gram flour and onion, many spices are used in preparing pakoda. But to prepare radish pakoda, they use spices ranging from gram flour, onion to celery, black salt, cumin powder, chilli and coriander leaves. Coriander and green chilli chutney along with hot crunchy pakodas makes it taste much better.
