Ingredients to make Mango Rasam (How To Make Mango Rasam)
Raw mango – two
Mint leaves – 7 to 8
Crushed black pepper – half a teaspoon
Garlic cloves – 7 to 8
Onion- 1
Green chilli – 1
Black salt – as per taste

Method of making Mango Rasam-
-First of all, wash the mango thoroughly and wipe it. Now cook it in a pressure cooker till 4 whistles. When the mango cools down after boiling, peel it carefully.

-Now mash its pulp with your hands and remove the seeds. If you want, you can also grind it in a grinder.

-Now grind them coarsely with chilli, garlic and green chillies in a mixer jar. You can also crush them.

-Now turn on the gas and put a pan on it. Now add 3 to 4 spoons of oil and add mustard seeds and red chilli seasoning. When it crackles well, add cumin seeds to it. Now add the ground masala to it and fry it.

-When the masala is cooked, add mango paste to it. Stir it and add salt as per taste. Now add water as per requirement and keep it covered for 2 minutes. When it boils, turn off the gas and add mint leaves to it.
