Its specialty is that pomegranate seeds are added to it, which gives it both sour and sweet flavour. How to make moong dal cheela?
Dhakan Singh explains that first of all the unpeeled moong dal is soaked in water and then after 2 hours it is ground and made into a paste. Its solution is made by adding chilli, celery, anardana, salt and spices. Then it is made after applying butter on the pan. It looks a bit like Dosa because the method of making it is exactly like that. Stuffing is also done in it.

Moong dal cheela has many benefits
Dhakan Singh tells that there are many benefits of moong dal cheela because moong dal is used in it, hence it is healthy. It is also good for our digestive system. Even abstinent people can eat it because it can be made without using butter. Copper, folate, protein and vitamins are found in abundance in moong dal. It also does not cause acidity because celery is also used in it.
