Avoid keeping these food items in the fridge
BreadWhen people buy a packet of bread from the market, they keep it directly in the fridge. But by doing this the bread becomes dry and its taste also changes. This can cause digestive problems.
BananasMany times people put bananas in the freeze to keep them fresh. But doing so can be harmful. Banana starts turning black very quickly if kept in the fridge. Apart from this, ethylene gas comes out from the bananas kept in the freeze, due to which the surrounding fruits also start getting spoiled.
Watermelon and Melon-Keeping watermelon and melon in the fridge can also cause harm. Actually keeping these fruits in freeze destroys the antioxidants found in them and their taste also changes.
Honey –Honey should also never be stored in the fridge. By doing this, crystals start forming in honey and eating it can harm your health.
Potato-Keeping potatoes in the fridge causes the starch present in them to rot, due to which their taste can get spoiled.
Oranges- Fruits like oranges and lemons should not be kept in the fridge as they are acidic and the cold temperature can spoil them.
Tomato –The outer skin of tomato gets spoiled by keeping it in the fridge, while the tomato starts rotting quickly from inside and gets spoiled. Many people also eat this type of tomato which can harm the health.
