Due to which the blood flow slows down and the heart muscles get less oxygen, which increases the risk of stroke or heart attack.
Apart from this, as the temperature decreases, blood pressure and cholesterol level in the body also starts increasing, which increases the risk of heart attack. This may pose greater risk to those people who already have any heart disease. Therefore, there is a need to take more care of the heart in this season.
