Sweet corn – 1/2 cup
Cheese grated – 1/2 cup
Bread slices – 8
Onion – 1
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Green chili – 1
Green coriander – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Spinach Sandwich Recipe
To make spinach sandwich, first break the stem of spinach and separate them. After this, put spinach leaves in a vessel, wash them thoroughly and clean them. After this, boil the spinach leaves and then wash them again with cold water. After this finely chop the blanched spinach and keep it aside. After this, boil the sweet corn by adding water in the oven or pan. After this, finely chop the onion and garlic buds.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add finely chopped onion and garlic and fry. After cooking for about a minute, add chopped spinach to it, mix and let it cook. After cooking for some time, add chopped green chillies and boiled corn to it. Then add black pepper powder and salt as per taste, mix everything properly and fry for some more time.
