In the last few years, heart attack is becoming a serious problem for India. Not only this, the number of deaths due to heart attack is constantly increasing in the country. Cases of heart attack are constantly increasing among the youth aged 25-45 years. Which is becoming a matter of serious concern day by day. This disease is not only seen in the elderly but also in young people. 

As you are seeing every day, people are getting heart attacks while exercising in the gym, dancing, doing Garba, eating in a restaurant. But the question arises that why is this happening and we will also tell you that if someone in front of you gets a heart attack, what should you do first?

What to do after a heart attack

If someone in front of you gets a heart attack, first of all make him lie down straight on a flat surface. If a person has fainted, check his pulse. If the pulse is not felt at all, then understand that the person has had a heart attack. Because in a heart attack the heartbeat stops, so the pulse cannot be found. In such a situation, it is necessary to revive his heart within two to three minutes, otherwise his brain may get damaged due to lack of oxygen. In such a situation, immediately punch the chest hard when he gets a heart attack. Hit him until he regains consciousness. This will make his heart start working again.

Give CPR immediately to the unconscious person

If someone is unconscious and his pulse is not working, then immediately give him CPR with your hands. There are mainly two things done in CPR. First is pressing the chest and second is giving breath through the mouth which is called mouth to mouth respiration. First place your palm in the middle of the person’s chest. While pumping, place one hand on top of the other hand and tie the fingers properly and keep both hands and elbows straight. After that, the chest is pumped and pressed. By doing this, the heartbeat starts again. Press the chest for 1-2 inches with the palm, do this hundred times in a minute.
