Heavy rain may occur in these areas of Saudi
According to a report by Al Arabiya News, it is expected that there may be heavy rain till Tuesday (April 23). The General Directorate and Meteorological Authority has issued an alert and expressed the possibility of loss of life and property during heavy rains in many cities. Especially the administration has been alerted about this.
Quoting officials, the news website has written that the possibility of heavy rain has been predicted in different areas of Saudi Arabia. Heavy rain has been predicted in areas like Taif, Maisan, Adham, Rinyah, and Al-Muwah. Riyadh, Wadi al-Dawasir and Al Sulayil may receive moderate rain. There is a possibility of light rain on the northern and western borders. During this period, strong winds and dust storms may also occur due to which there is a possibility of huge damage.
It rained due to cloud seeding
In fact, after heavy rains in Arab countries, the Associate Press has claimed in one of its reports that the Dubai administration had flown an aircraft to cause rain through cloud seeding. Shortly after this, the Gulf countries had to face heavy rains and floods.
