The government has selected helicopter service provider operators starting from six districts of the state, which will provide heli services on operational model.

Ram devotees and tourists will get helicopter service from Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Mathura and Agra. In the coming time, this facility will soon be started in other districts of the state also. Not only this, Yogi government will also give aerial darshan of Ayodhya city and Ram temple to the devotees. Its responsibility has been given to the Tourism Department. For this facility, devotees will have to book in advance.

You will have to pay Rs 3,539 for aerial darshan of Ram temple.

Principal Secretary Tourism Mukesh Meshram said that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had given instructions to provide helicopter facility to Ram devotees. Under this, helicopter service is being started from 6 districts of the state. This facility will be made available to devotees and tourists on operator model. Apart from this, Ram devotees will also be given aerial darshan of Ram temple. For this, Ram devotees will be able to fly from the helipad near the Tourism Guest House located on the Saryu coast. Under this, devotees will also be given an aerial tour of famous tourist places including Ram Temple, Hanumangarhi, Saryu Ghat.

Apart from this, devotees will be able to fly by helicopter from Gorakhpur to Ayodhya Dham. This distance is 126 km. Which will be completed in 40 minutes. For this, the fare per devotee has been fixed at Rs 11,327.

Helicopter service for Ayodhya Dham will be available from Namo Ghat in Varanasi.

Tourism Department Director Prakhar Mishra said that as per the intention of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, in the first phase, helicopter service is being started from 6 religious places including the capital Lucknow. In the coming time, the service will be expanded as per the demand.

He told that devotees will be able to avail helicopter service from Namo Ghat in Varanasi. This distance will be 160 km, which can be completed in 55 minutes. For this, the fare per devotee has been fixed at Rs 14,159. Similarly, devotees will be able to avail helicopter service from Ramabai in Lucknow. This distance will be 132 km, which can be completed in 45 minutes. For this, the fare per devotee has been fixed at Rs 14,159, while helicopter service will be available from the helipad near the Tourism Guest House in Prayagraj. This distance is 157 km. Which will be completed in 50 minutes. For this, the fare per devotee has been fixed at Rs 14,159.

Along with this, the service can be availed from the helipad near Govardhan Parikrama in Barsana, Mathura and the helipad near Agra Expressway in Agra. This distance is 456 km respectively.
