Allahabad High Court has sought a detailed report from the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India regarding the extradition of the director of Shine City, accused of a scam worth crores. Along with this, ED, SFIO and EOW have been ordered to file a progress report of the investigation. The court directed that no further sale deed will be executed to any third party by the accused in the case. Along with this, the court said that the respondent officials should ensure that no person involved in this case is able to leave the country.

The court of Justice Siddharth and Justice Prashant Kumar has given this order on the petition of Shriram Ram. In this case, Shine City director Rashid Naseem is accused of defrauding crores of rupees. A petition has been filed in the High Court in this regard. The court had also summoned IG EOW, Assistant Director ED and SFID officials.
