Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said, “The central government did not help Himachal Pradesh during the disaster.” Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not give even a penny to Himachal Pradesh during the disaster.

BJP distributed cash worth Rs 5,000 crore – CM Sukhu
Chief Minister Sukhwinder Sukhu said, “The former BJP government distributed donations worth Rs 5,000 crore in the last six months of its tenure in Himachal.” Made 125 units of electricity free for hotels earning crores of rupees and also for tax paying people. Not only this, water was also made free. Despite this, the public showed BJP the way out of power. BJP continued doing politics during the disaster and we gave an economic package of Rs 4,500 crore from our own resources.
CM Sukhu’s target on PM Modi
Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said, “The Prime Minister is discussing Himachal Pradesh in the elections of Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir.” He remembers Himachal only during elections. BJP leaders are hiding the truth and presenting wrong facts about Himachal going to become self-reliant. It would have been better if the facts given to the Prime Minister by Himachal BJP leaders were correct. Big leaders come to elections, talk big, but do not tell the truth. Congress government was formed in Himachal 20 months ago. In this short tenure, we have fulfilled five out of our ten guarantees.
