This planet has been discovered by the American Space Agency’s James Babe Telescope. Scientists have named this planet TOI-270. From the data, scientists have found indications of presence of water in vapor form along with methane and carbon dioxide in the atmosphere of the outer planet.
Water temperature can be up to 100 degrees
According to researchers at Cambridge University, from the chemical composition of this planet it seems that it is a place where there is an ocean of water all around. And there is a layer of atmosphere rich in hydrogen. Professor Nikku Madhusudan, who led this analysis, says that the temperature of this planet’s oceans can be up to 100 degrees Celsius. The environment here is not suitable for habitation. However, research on this is still going on.
Does water evaporate?
According to a team of Canadian researchers, the temperature of this planet can be so high that the water here will immediately evaporate. Along with this, it is also possible that the maximum temperature here may be 4 thousand degrees Celsius.
