Do this for offline booking

How to file TDR
To file TDR, you will have to create your account ID online on IRCTC. Here people will have to do it. After this, you will get the option of refund. It will appear, you have to click on it, after this a confirmation message will appear on your mobile screen that you will have to give the details of the account in which you want to take refund.
