Under this scheme, 75 percent of the non-officer rank soldiers joining the Army, Navy and Air Service will serve for only 4 years. However, 25% of the soldiers recruited under this scheme are also given a chance to do full service. But now the question is what work will the Agniveer jawans do after 4 years of service and where will they be recruited. Where will they get reservation

Let us tell you that the heads of CISF (Central Industrial Security Force), BSF (Border Security Force) and CRPF (Central Reserve Police Force) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) have announced reservation for former Agniveers. CISF DG Neena Singh said that former Agniveers will be given priority in recruitment. BSF DG Nitin Agarwal said that all security forces will benefit from the recruitment of former Agniveers. He said that 10% of the vacant posts will be reserved for former Agniveers. CRPF DG Anish Dayal Singh also said that 10% reservation has been arranged for the recruitment of former Agniveers. He told that according to this, changes have been made in the recruitment rules. Under the new rules, there will be a fixed quota for former Agniveers.

Age limit relaxation

Former Agniveer jawans will also get relaxation in age limit and physical test. CISF DG Neena Singh told that in the first batch, former Agniveers will get 5 years relaxation in age limit and in the second batch, 3 years relaxation. Officials said that former Agniveers will have four years of experience. Due to this, they will be fully disciplined and more trained. Former Agniveers will not need to give physical test for recruitment in CRPF. In CRPF and SSB, in the first batch, former Agniveers will get 5 years relaxation in age limit and then 3 years relaxation.
