Steps to book tickets:
- For this, first of all open WhatsApp in your phone.

- Write Hi on this number and send it.
- After that this chatbot of WhatsApp will give you the option to choose your favorite language either English or Hindi. You can click on any by tapping on it.
- Now you have to click on the option of Book Ticket to book the ticket.
- After that the chatbot will send a link, which will take you directly to the DTC website.
- After that, you will have to select the names of the places from where you want to go and make the payment and then the ticket will be sent to your phone.
