  • You can use fenugreek seeds in two ways to control the sugar level. The first method is to soak one spoon of fenugreek seeds in water overnight and consume it in the morning.
  • While method number two is that you grind fenugreek seeds to make powder and consume it on an empty stomach in the morning. If you are unable to consume it on an empty stomach, then consume it with water before going to bed at night.

How to consume cinnamon?

  • Mix half teaspoon cinnamon powder, half teaspoon turmeric and half teaspoon fenugreek powder and consume it on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • To avoid the problem of mixing everyday, mix all these powders in equal quantity and fill them in a glass jar.
  • Prepare the mix only for 7 to 10 days at a time and after waking up in the morning first take one spoon mix and eat it with water. You can eat it with fresh water as well as with lukewarm water.

How to consume black pepper?

  • Crush black pepper or keep it in powder form.
  • Every morning on an empty stomach take 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder and half teaspoon turmeric powder and eat them in equal quantity.
  • If you are not able to consume this mix in the morning, then you should eat it with fresh water one hour before having dinner.
