Ingredients for making Desi Chana Laddu:

Black Desi Gram – 250 grams
Desi jaggery – 250 grams
Cow ghee – 200 grams
Chopped almonds and pistachios – 50 grams
Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder – 1 tsp
Milk – ½ cup

Recipe for making Desi Chana Laddu:
Let us tell you that first of all, soak the gram in water a day before, i.e. overnight. Then, the next day, a little before making gram laddus, boil the gram in the cooker for one whistle, but boil the gram in such a way that it remains slightly raw. Once the gram is boiled, take it out in a bowl and dry it. Now grind these gram and make dry gram flour. Now add some ghee to this gram flour. Along with this, knead the dough with milk. After kneading the dough, make small balls. Then fry these balls in ghee.

Now when the muthia cools down a bit, grind it and make churma. Then add fried sesame seeds, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and some almond-pistachio powder and mix well. Finally, take out these chana laddus in a plate and garnish with chopped almonds. Desi chana laddu is ready.
