Ingredients to make Jaggery Bread
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Jaggery – half bowl
Sesame – 3 tsp
Gram flour – 3 tsp
oil – as required

Jaggery Bread Recipe
To make jaggery roti full of taste and nutrition, first clean the sesame seeds and put them in a pan and roast them on a low flame. Roast the sesame till it becomes light golden and then grind it coarsely with the help of a mixer. After this, put 3 teaspoons of oil in the pan and add gram flour and fry it on medium flame. Besan also has to be roasted till it becomes light golden.

After roasting the gram flour, crush the jaggery and cut it into fine pieces. Now take a deep bottom vessel and put roasted gram flour, sesame and crushed jaggery in it. Now mix all the three ingredients well and prepare the pithi. Now take flour in a vessel and mix it by adding a little water and a pinch of salt. Then knead the dough according to need and prepare balls of equal proportion.

Now take a ball of flour and roll it slightly. Place a dough ball of jaggery on it and after that, raise one side of the dough and place it on top of the dough.
