After this, take lukewarm water and pour it little by little in the flour and knead the hard dough of maize. After this cover the dough with a cloth and keep it aside for half an hour.

After the fixed time, take maize flour and knead it again. After this, make balls of equal proportion of the flour. Now take a nonstick pan/griddle and keep it on medium heat for heating. Meanwhile, take a ball of flour and roll it in the shape of a small roti. When the griddle becomes hot, put maize bread on it and cook it. Flip the roti a few times and let it cook from the other side as well. After this, cook the roti on open flame till it puffs up from both the sides. After this take out the roti in a plate.
