Ingredients to make Paneer Makhana
Paneer – 2 cups
Makhana – 2 cups
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Cream – 2 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Meat masala – 1 tsp (optional)
Coriander leaves – 3-4 tbsp
Oil – 4-5 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Paneer Makhana Recipe
To make paneer makhana, first cut the paneer into square pieces. After this, clean the makhanas as well. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, put paneer pieces in it and fry till it becomes light golden. After this, take out the paneer in a vessel. Now finely chop the onion. Pour a little more oil in the pan and add onion to it and fry.

Meanwhile, put tomato pieces in the mixer and grind them. When the color of the onions turns golden brown, put the ground tomatoes in the pan. After this add ginger-garlic paste and fry on low flame while stirring for 2-3 minutes. After this add turmeric, red chili and other spices to the pan and mix. Then add salt as per taste and fry till the gravy leaves oil.

Now take the cream and beat it well. After this mix the cream in the gravy and fry the gravy again. When the masala leaves the oil, then add fried paneer pieces and makhana to it and mix. Then add milk and 1 cup of water and mix it well with a ladle. Now reduce the flame of the gas and let the vegetable cook for another 5-7 minutes. When the vegetable oil comes up, turn off the gas.
