Google Bard AI: Google hosted its biggest event of the year, Google I/O, on 10 May. During the event, the tech giant announced 25 new Google products and features powered by its state-of-the-art language model PaLM 2. Apart from this, the Google team also threw light on the future of its AI chatbot Bard. Bard was launched in February this year. It is being seen as a competitor of ChatGPT. The company has said that over time, the Bard will also get some major upgrades. Bard will be able to use images, which ChatGPT cannot do.
Google Bard available in India
Google’s AI chatbot is now open to everyone and you can use Google Bard in India as well. Bard is now available in more than 180 countries and territories including India. However, if you are using Bard, then you have to keep in mind that this AI chatbot is still in its experimental phase. Google has also shown the message, “Bard may display inaccurate or offensive information that does not represent the views of Google.”
Bard will be available in Japanese and Korean
Google has also announced that Bard will be available in Japanese and Korean. Along with this, the company is preparing to add support for 40 more languages to its chatbot soon. Bard now operates on Google’s latest Large Language Model (LLM), PaLM 2. By switching to the PaLM2 language model, Bard has developed coding abilities, advanced maths and reasoning skills, etc.
