While on one hand people were coloring each other with gulal and colors on Holi, on the other hand father and sons conspired to play a bloody Holi. On the night of Holi, father and sons killed the husband and wife sleeping in the shed by killing them with an axe. Only blood was visible near the dead bodies. Police have detained a father and a son in the case. The case has been reported by the son of the deceased in the police station against the father and two sons.

On the night of March 25, 45-year-old Bobby, son of Mahavir and his 36-year-old wife Sunita were sleeping on a cot in the thatch outside the house built in their farm, outside village Pora of Sikandrarau Kotwali. Then at around 10:30 pm, village resident Nannu son of Devi Lal and his two sons Rajkumar and Ramu came into the shed with axes and sticks. All three attacked the sleeping Bobby with an axe, due to which he died on the spot. When his wife Sunita, who was sleeping nearby, ran to save her life, he dropped her on the footpath 20 meters away and chopped her with an axe. Both died on the spot.

It is said that Bobby had opened a gutkha-tobacco shop in the house itself. On the afternoon of March 25, he had a fight and quarrel with Nannu over some issue. Workers working at a kiln nearby saved Nannu. As night fell, Nannu started bleeding. And he along with his two sons committed the brutal murder of the husband and wife.

Bobby’s son Pankaj, 19 years old, was sleeping in the room near the hut. When he saw the whole scene, he remained quietly sitting in the hut to save his life. As soon as he got the chance, he ran away and saved his life by hiding in a nearby fennel field. After the incident, he ran away screaming and a large crowd gathered. Hathras Superintendent of Police Nipun Aggarwal and Assistant Superintendent of Police Ashok Kumar reached the spot in the night itself. Deceased Bobby is survived by his son Pankaj and daughter Chandni. Chandni was in her village house at the time of the incident. Named accused Nannu works as a watchman at a nearby kiln. He is a resident of nearby village Todarpur.

Late night of March 25, Sikandrau police station received information that Bobby and his wife, resident of village Pora, were murdered by the accused Nannu and his boys, who worked at a kiln nearby. On receiving the information, Superintendent of Police Hathras and Police Station Sikandrarau reached the spot and inspected the incident site. The field unit team also reached the spot and inspected the incident site.
