Hyderabadi and Lucknowi taste faded in front of chicken kebabs of this shop in Gumla, know the location

Anant Kumar / Gumla. You can enjoy song and music with tasty and flavourful chicken kebabs at Vini Stall near Manish Petrol Pump located on Sisai Road, Gumla. The stall operator himself sings songs to the people with guitar. That’s why there is a huge crowd of youths at the stall. People say that along with food, entertainment is also done here. This stall has been opened for only 3 months. But due to the different style, it is fast becoming popular in the city.

Stall operator Patrik Minj told Local 18 that chicken kebabs are available here at Rs 60 per sink. Apart from this, the shop has samosa chaat for 10 rupees plate, golgappa for 10 rupees for 6 and aloo tikki chaat for 20 rupees plate. People are liking the taste of all these. But the most demand remains for chicken kebabs. Along with this, coriander chutney, pickle, onion, chili are also served to the people. Due to which the taste increases further.

Patrik Minz has done Hotel Management course from Pusa, New Delhi. He loves cooking and singing songs from the beginning. He has worked as a safe in several five star hotels located in New Delhi including Dubai, Bahrain, Italy etc. He has returned to Gumla after working in the country and abroad. Here he started his business. He is a resident of Karamdipa in Gumla.

He told that people are getting good response here. Within 3 months, the stall has become quite famous among the people. People are very fond of the chicken kebab here. In normal days, 20-25 kg of chicken is consumed daily. But due to monsoon, at present only 13-15 kg is being consumed. Apart from the city, people from Chaha, Chater, Palkot, Jashpur and Lohardaga are reaching here to eat kebabs. The stall is open daily from 3 pm to 8 pm.

Ajit Bada, a customer who came to the shop, told that the taste of the chicken kebab here is excellent. Kebab of this taste is not available in Gumla. It is available at the rate of Rs.60 per sink. Special care is taken of cleanliness at the shop. Along with this, the director can also enjoy the song of Patrik.
