The journey started with engineering

Srishti Deshmukh was born in 1996 in Bhopal. Srishti, a resident of Kasturba Nagar, studied in Carmel Convent School. Srishti, who scored 93.2 percent in CBSE 12th and 10 CGPA in 10th, has been a promising student since the beginning. After this he took an engineering degree. He started preparing for UPSC while doing engineering. After taking engineering degree, she gave UPSC exam and became an IAS officer after succeeding in the first attempt, but left the path of engineering.

Important contribution of family

The biggest credit for Srishti Deshmukh’s UPSC success goes to her family. Her parents, Jayant and Sunita Deshmukh, provided her with an environment where she could fulfill herself without pressure. Srishti’s grandmother and family always believed in her abilities and supported her at every step. The family also fully supported him in his decision to leave engineering and prepare for UPSC.
