According to the Motor Vehicle Act 1988, it is illegal to write such things on the vehicle. For this, traffic police can impose fine on the driver.
It is against the rules to write anything on the back of the vehicle or on the number plate.
Some rules have been made for vehicles under the Motor Vehicles Act 1988. According to these rules, it is against the rules to write anything on the back or number plate of a car, bike or any vehicle. If these rules are ignored, fine action can be taken. Apart from this, according to traffic rules, whether the vehicle is government or private, there should not be any kind of sticker on it. Besides, the name of any department or post is also against the rules. Apart from this, putting any kind of obscene sticker on the vehicle is a violation of the rules.

Challan for pasting words, stickers and pictures related to caste and religion!
In fact, according to Section 192 of the Motor Vehicle Act, a challan of up to Rs 5000 can be issued for pasting words, stickers or pictures related to caste and religion on vehicles or if the number plate is not in accordance with the guidelines. If the driver does this again, he may have to face imprisonment of up to 1 year and a fine of up to Rs 10,000.

However, if a government officer is on duty in a vehicle, then words like government, administration can be written on it. Apart from this, posts of District Magistrate, Senior Administrative Officer, Doctors, Ambulance and Fire Brigade can also be displayed only when the officers are on duty.
