Bay leaf – 1
Garlic cloves – 2
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 tsp
Cream – 2 tbsp
Mint leaves – 7-8
Water – 2 cups
salt – as per taste

Beetroot Soup Recipe
To make tasty and healthy beetroot soup, first clean the beetroot and cut it into pieces. After this, finely chop garlic cloves, carrots and tomatoes. Now put 1 spoon of butter in a pressure cooker and heat it. After melting the butter, add bay leaves and fry till the aroma comes. After this, add garlic, ginger pieces and sauté for some time. Then put beetroot pieces in it and cook while stirring.

After cooking for 1 minute, add carrot, tomato and salt as per taste to the pressure cooker and mix. Now cook everything while stirring for 2 minutes, then add 2 cups of water.
