In America, an 11-year-old boy falls while running on a treadmill, after falling he injures his ankle. First a dark brown mark is formed at the injury site and later that mark turns into a purple and red colored mark. When the parents of this child understand that the injury is more serious… they take him to the hospital. He is examined in the hospital and it is found that there is a strange infection in his body. He is hurriedly admitted to the ICU. Later, when further investigation is done, it is found that a flesh-eating bacteria has entered his body through the injury and has started gnawing the child’s body from inside. After this, swelling occurs in the child’s brain and later he dies.
One such death has happened in India too
This was not the first case related to this dangerous bacteria. A similar death has happened in India a few years ago. A 44-year-old man died due to this infection at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata. Doctors said that this person died due to flesh-eating bacteria. In the language of doctors, it is called necrotizing fasciitis.
How does this bacteria attack
According to doctors, this strange bacteria that eats the flesh inside the body, seriously infects the skin and the tissues below it. It spreads very fast and if it is not treated properly on time, it can kill any human being. Necrotizing fasciitis directly attacks the blood vessels and this attack is so dangerous that it completely stops the blood supply to the body. Every year in America alone, on an average 600 to 700 patients come to the hospitals for treatment after being attacked by this strange bacteria. Of these, 25 to 30 percent people die. Therefore, if someone in your family gets this kind of injury and his condition is deteriorating, then immediately take him to the hospital and get him examined.
