11/2 cups pumpkin
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 handful almonds
1/2 cup ghee
1 handful cashews
1/2 cup khoya
1/2 tsp cardamom

Make a Smooth Pumpkin Paste
To make this instant halwa recipe, first wash and peel the pumpkin. Blend the pumpkin in a blender and make a smooth paste.

Take a pan and pour milk into it, keep stirring. Then add the pumpkin mixture and keep stirring so that the pumpkin mixture does not stick. When the mixture reduces, turn off the gas.
Add dry fruits and serve hot
Take a new pan and ghee, add nuts to it, toss and take it out. Meanwhile, stir khoya and add sugar, continue cooking. Then lower the flame and add milk and pumpkin mixture. Stir it together and let it cook, add dry fruits and sprinkle some cardamom powder and your pudding is ready.
