Ingredients for making Bhel Puri
Puffed rice (parmal) – 4 cups
Onion finely chopped – 1/2 cup
Tomatoes finely chopped – 1/2 cup (optional)
Potato boiled – 1
Green Chutney – 1/2 cup
Dates-Tamarind Chutney – 3/4 cup
Garlic chutney – 2 tbsp
Green coriander – 1/4 cup
Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 and a half teaspoon
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Raw mango pieces – 1 tbsp
Crushed papdi – 1/2 cup
Sev – 1 cup
Fried masala chana dal – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Bhel Puri
To make Bhel Puri full of taste, first cut finely pieces of onion, tomato, green chili and green coriander leaves. After this, boil the potato and peel it off and cut it into pieces as well. Prepare green chutney and date-tamarind chutney in advance. Now take a deep bottom vessel and put puffed rice (parmal) in it first. After this add finely chopped onions, potatoes, tomatoes, green chillies and green coriander leaves and mix well.

After mixing everything well, add garlic chutney, green chutney and date-tamarind chutney and toss it well. If desired, with the help of a spoon, you can mix them well. After this, mix chaat masala, lemon juice and salt as per taste in the bhel. Lastly add sev and mix everything properly. Now put the bhel in a serving plate and garnish it with papdi, fried masala chana dal, raw mango pieces, sev, green coriander and serve.
