Also, the special masala that we add to the gram flour is prepared at home. Our mother helps us in making the masala. She prepares it at home. The ghee we use is also pure. Litti and chokha are served to customers along with pure ghee. We charge 30 rupees for one plate i.e. two litti chokha.

He says that along with litti chokha, Gulab Jamun is also prepared here. This is also a special dish of our place. We first prepare Gulab Jamun with milk. After this, we put khoya on it and then add cream on top and serve it to the customers. It tastes very delicious. The price of two Gulab Jamuns is kept at 30 rupees.

had to face difficulty in the beginning
Ajay told Local 18 that our shop is about 36 to 37 years old. Our father started this shop with one kilo of flour. At that time there was nothing but jungle around. Block employees used to come and eat here. Our father used to say that at one point the situation had reached such a stage that he had to close the shop. However, on the insistence of some people, he did not close the shop. Today, due to his tireless hard work, five artisans are also working in the shop. Today, 800 to 900 pieces of Gulab Jamun are sold daily. At the same time, 35 to 40 kilos of flour is used in making litti chokha.

Customers come from 22 km away
A customer who came to enjoy litti chokha and gulab jamun at the shop said that we have come from 22 kilometers away. We have come here from Nischalganj only to enjoy litti chokha and gulab jamun. We have been coming here for 4 years. There is a crowd here only because of the good taste and purity. Sometimes we come here from such a distance to party. At the same time, some customers also said that the taste here is very good. Because of this, we often come here to eat.
