Ingredients for making Poha Pakora
Poha – 1/2 cup
Mashed boiled potatoes – 1/2 cup
Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

Poha Pakora Recipe
To make delicious Poha Pakora, first clean the Poha and wash it thoroughly with water. After this, soak the poha for 10 minutes. After the fixed time, take a deep bottom vessel and put the soaked poha in it. After this, boil the potatoes and mash them after removing their peels and add them to the poha. After this, mash both the things well. Now mix green coriander, green chili, cumin, red chili powder, sugar, lemon juice and salt as per taste in this mixture.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, make pakoras by taking the prepared mixture with your hands and put it in the pan. After adding pakoras according to the capacity of the pan, fry them while turning them till they become golden brown from both the sides. After this, take out the pakoras in a plate. Similarly prepare crispy poha pakoras from all the mixture. Serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
