Ingredients to make Sev Paratha
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Sev – 2 cups
Onion finely chopped – 1
Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

How to make Sev Paratha
To make flavourful Indori style sev paratha, first take wheat flour in a mixing bowl and mix it well by adding a spoonful of oil and a pinch of salt. Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough. After this cover the dough and keep it aside for some time. Meanwhile, finely chop onion, green chili, green coriander leaves.

Now take another mixing bowl and add sev, finely chopped onions, green chilies and green coriander and mix. After this add cumin powder, garam masala, dry mango powder and a little salt to it and mix it well and prepare the stuffing. After this, take the flour and knead it once more. After this, make medium side balls of equal proportion.
