Many people consume khichdi made of sago and potatoes as part of their fruit diet during the fast. Many people make sweet sabudana and some people make pakodas. Ingredients to make Sabudana Dosa
1/2 cup sago
1/2 cup samak rice
1 boiled potato
2 green chillies
1 teaspoon ginger
2 tbsp curd
rock salt as per taste
water as per need
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tbsp coriander leaves
desi ghee for cooking

Sabudana Dosa Recipe
To make fruit dosa, first dry roast the sago in a pan for two minutes.
After this, add Samak rice to the pan and fry it for a minute.
Now take out both of them in a plate and keep them to cool. After it cools down, add boiled potatoes, curd, rock salt and water to it, grind it finely and take out the paste in a bowl.
Now cover the prepared dosa batter and keep it to rest for 10-20 minutes.
After this, add cumin, black pepper powder, green chilli, grated ginger and fresh green coriander and mix well.
Now heat the dosa pan and grease it with ghee and pour the dosa batter.
Cook it with ghee until it turns brown and eat it hot with chutney of your choice.
