Ingredients for making drumstick pickle
Drumstick chopped – 2 bowls
Rye powder – 3 tsp
Red chili powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Rai dal ground – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds – 1/2 tbsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinches
oil – as required
salt – as per taste

Drumstick Pickle Recipe
To make drumstick pickle, first wash the drumstick pods and then cut them. Now put water in a utensil and put it on the gas to heat it and put drumstick pods in it. Now boil the beans for 5 minutes. After this filter them. Now take a glass jar (jar) and add mustard seeds and salt for processing and pour lukewarm water over it. After this add boiled beans and put the lid of the jar and keep it aside for 3 days.

In three days, the sourness will come down in the pods and the pods will be ready for pickling. After three days, take out the beans from the jar and wash them and keep them in the sun for 3 to 4 hours to dry. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add asafetida to it and then turn off the gas. After this, put the beans in the oil and leave them for some time.

When the oil cools down, add all the dry spices including mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, turmeric and mix it well.
