Ingredients to make Onion Kulcha
Flour – 1 bowl
Onion finely chopped – 1/2 bowl
Green chili chopped – 2
Green coriander chopped – 1/2 bowl
Coriander seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/4 tsp
Butter – as needed
salt – as per taste

Onion Kulcha Recipe
To make Onion Kulcha, first finely chop the onion. Now put onion in a bowl and mix it by adding a little salt on top. Now leave the onion like this for 3-4 minutes. After this, squeeze out all the water from the onion and shift the onion in another big bowl. Now add cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander seeds and all other spices to the onion, mix well and keep it aside for some time.

Now put refined flour in a vessel and add a pinch of salt to it and mix. After this, add water little by little and knead the flour. Now make small balls from the flour dough. After this, press the dough in the middle and make it like a bowl and fill the onion stuffing in it and flatten it again. Similarly fill the onion stuffing in all the balls.

Now put a nonstick griddle on medium heat for heating. Meanwhile, take a dough ball with stuffing and roll it into a long kulcha.
