Ingredients to make Vegetable Momos
Flour – 3 bowls
Garlic – 4 to 5 cloves (grated)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Cabbage – 1/2 (finely chopped)
Paneer – 1/2 cup (grated)
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt – as required
How to make Vegetable Momos
To make Vegetable Momos, first of all, put refined flour in a vessel and knead a soft dough by adding a little salt to it and adding water. After this, cover the dough for some time to set and keep it aside. Meanwhile, grate the cabbage and paneer. After this finely chop onion, garlic and coriander. Now put all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix well.
Now mix black pepper powder, salt as per taste and a little oil in it. Leave the mixture for an hour. By doing this, the raw cabbage will become very soft. Now take fine flour and break the dough and roll it into a thin puri shape. Put the stuffing of momos in the middle and close it while giving shape. Similarly prepare all the momos and keep them in a plate.

Now take momos steam pot and fill more than half of it with water and put it on the gas. Then place the prepared momos on the separator and let them cook in steam. Cook the momos for about 10 minutes. After this, take out the momos from the utensil. Tasty and healthy vegetable momos are ready. Eat them with chutney.
